Our products are available in supermarkets and distribution networks across many European countries. Initially specializing in meeting the needs of Russian-speaking citizens and immigrants from Eastern European countries living in Germany, Ethno-food is increasingly gaining recognition among the local population.
Eastern European Sausages: Sausage is Culture!
Primarily, we are known as a manufacturer of authentic Eastern European sausages. Our range of approximately 300 items includes cooked sausages, cooked long-life sausages, air-dried sausages, liver sausage, smoked bacon (Salo), small sausages, Bockwurst, and other types under the seven brands of Monolith Meat and Dough Products Factory. One of our most popular Russian products is the Doktorskaja kolbasa sausage from the “Tri porosenka” brand.
Pelmeni and Wareniki – Dumplings Made with Love
At the Monolith Fleisch- und Teigwarenfabrik, you can buy not only Eastern European sausages. Pelmeni and Wareniki, which are filled dumplings, are also part of our product range. Siberian pelmeni filled with meat, under the GERMES brand, are an enduring favorite. The high quality is ensured by our expertise: A multinational workforce, including process engineers from the CIS and Romania, ensures that recipes and production processes are strictly adhered to.
